Beaujolais Nouveau is the youngest, freshest wine you're ever likely to taste. Made from grapes that, as little as six weeks previously, were still hanging on the vine. Originally thought to be a celebration of the end of harvest in Beaujolais, the drinking of this fruity young wine has since become a global celebration.

This year, Beaujolais Nouveau Day arrives on Thursday 21st November and we'll be celebrating with a pop-up wine bar from 4-10pm at The Bullfinch Brewery on Rosendale Road. We'll be serving Beaujolais Nouveau by the glass, along with some tasty cheeseboards. Assuming we've got some wine left, we'll be doing it all again on Friday 22nd November. See you there! x
